There are 300,000 churches in America, all of them have a
past, but almost none are positioned for the future.
That will not be us. The Church doesn't need to fade quietly. It needs to rise boldly.
God has done amazing things, but we believe he is just getting started! We are this generation's praying, Bible believing, gospel-centered people ready to rise up, serve, give generously, and build the future of the Church. At the same time, our ability to reach people has exceeded our ability to care for them. So we're investing deeply in leaders, health, and infrastructure to change that.
Our focus includes:
Raising up 500 next-generation leaders through Thrive College and ministry training with a goal to more than double that in the next 5-10 years.
Launching a California-wide network of pastors to unite evangelical churches and work toward seeing 10% of California attending a gospel-centered church.
Restoring theological integrity and pastoral health by renewing 300 churches and leaders through the Thrive Leadership Community and Collective.
Expanding our annual Bible Conference globally, launching in 30 languages to gather people around God's Word at the start of each year.
This is how we strengthen the Church not by preserving what was, but by preparing leaders and
communities for what God is still doing.
